This is my revamp of a recipe submitted by LONESOMEDOVE120, I added more veggies because I like to have lots of veggies in my curries, and I added some additional spices for more flavor. I also included quanties in my recipe to make it easier for others to follow.

My mom made this weekly in summer while I was growing up, I have made a few changes by reducing the amount of ranch she used and adding some reduced fat sour cream, and also adding fresh dill when I have on hand.
Warning, this recipe contains lots of garlic, if you are not a huge garlic fan then you will want to use much less garlic.
