This jam is so rich and yummy its sinful. Would make a great topping for waffles, or pancakes or would even be delicious on a slice of toast. My 9 year old daughter describes it as heaven in a jar.
This dip can be made with any seasons you choose, I use salt free seasonings to reduce the sodium content.
Spice up your next meal with this classic crockpot California tamale pie. It's kid-friendly and perfect for even the pickiest eaters.
Yummy healthy breakfast smoothie with the flavors of a peanut butter cup. YUM!
Make the night before and then bake in the morning, super simple and yummy french toast!
This is my revamp of a recipe submitted by LONESOMEDOVE120, I added more veggies because I like to have lots of veggies in my curries, and I added some additional spices for more flavor. I also included quanties in my recipe to make it easier for others to follow.
Simple, fast and refreshing salad made from cucumbers, grated onion and ranch dressing. My mom made this weekly in summer while I was growing up, I have made a few changes by reducing the amount of ranch she used and adding some reduced fat sour cream, and also adding fresh dill when I have on hand.
Warning, this recipe contains lots of garlic, if you are not a huge garlic fan then you will want to use much less garlic.
This is so great with my oven sweet potato fries or on fresh veggies for a great snack.
A creation based on French Onion soup with ground beef and veggies added to the mix to make a more filling meal.
My healthy at home version of fried rice, any veggies can be used, I make mine different a lot based on the fresh and frozen veggies that I have on hand.
Lighter version of Rachael Ray's Buffalo Sloppy Joes, I use half the oil, only 1lb of meat (I think 2 is just way too much). I also left off the blue cheese and instead of eating them on a regular bun I use Arnold's Sanwhich thins (not included in calorie info)
I eat this heated on an arnold's sandwhich thin with a slice of pepper jack cheese melted on it very yummy!
My modifed version of a Rachael Ray recipe
Delicious, quick cross between chicken pot pies and spanakopita
This is a lighter version of the chocolate cake recipe on the Hershy's cocoa tin.
If you love Spinach & Artichoke dip, try this salad which is a more healthful way of combing the flavors of the dip without all the fat and calories.
Tastes just like the real thing without all the fat and grease and mess of deep frying.
