Recipes I've Shared:

Slow Cooker Vegetable Lentil Soup

Great way to use up those left-over vegetables prior to shopping for more.

Sweet Chicken Curry

Simple, cheap and easy.

Quick Tuna and Pineapple

Takes next to no time to make, and an economical, tasty recipe my girls used to look forward to eating for lunch on weekends.

Crispy garlic broccoli

Simple, quick and easy. Alter seasonings to taste.

Silver Beet, Mushrooms, Cannelini Beans in Spicy Chilli Tomato Gravy

Quick, cheap, easy to prepare and only needs to cook for 30 minutes.

Curried Pumpkin Soup

Takes maybe 10 minutes to prepare, then allow to cook in slow cooker until vegetables are tender and easily blended/mashed.

4 Ingredient Date Loaf

Fast, easy, and very low in added sugar.

Throw It All In Soup

Great way to use up whatever leftover vegies are still hanging round in the fridge the day before you shop. Whatever you add will alter the nutritional count, so remember to adapt that too.

Spicy Satay Sauce

Great for Gado Gado, or to top any stir fried dish.

Sunshine Kale

Quick, easy and full of flavour way of turning boring kale into something really delicious.

Eggs n Oats pikelet like variation

Accidentally added double the usual 2oz, of milk, so decided to double the oats. These rye-bread textured 'pikelets' were great, served with a thin spread of low sugar raspberry jam, with sliced banana on top. Very filling too.
