Added some chicken to add calories and other nurtients. Just like to throw a million different veggies together and make a mostly healthy soup to eat any time im hungry with no guilt. Next i'll be adding turkey sausage i have waiting. very minimal meat. sometimes i don't add any.
improvised some things with all i read from other recipies... we enjoyed this very much and will for sure use it again with a few other ingreedients next time! Mushrooms would have been delicious!! so many options!
