Three Bean chili

Serve alone or with Brown rice and Fat Free sour cream

Chicken salad w/ grapes and nuts

Bake whole skinless chicken breasts until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees. Cool then chop coarsely. Finely chop celery. Slice grapes in half. Toast walnuts for about 6 minutes at 375 degrees, Cool the nuts. Combine all ingredients with the mayo and mustard. Add salt to taste. Yields 4 cups, or 8 1/2 cup servings

Creamy tomato soup

Use one can Campbells condensed tomato soup. Prepare with 3/ 4 can water. Add 5 oz can evaporated milk. Stir over low heat until hot. Makes about 5 1/2 cup servings. To add volume and reduce calories, add full can of water. Still good.

Tuna Salad

Products used can be substituted for low fat mayo
