Buffalo Brisket in the Slow Cooker

Great nutritional value, almost no work! Oh yeah, it tastes good too!
I didn't use any seasonings (not even salt!) and this turned out delicious anyway. Any number of herbs could be added to jazz the dish up a little without adding salt, fat or carbs.

Caprese Salad Becca

The very essence of summer! So easy and it uses vegetables and herbs straight from the garden. Perfect antepasto with an Italian meal, but it's so easy it can even be an afternoon snack.

Pasta & Summer Veggies

Fresh & delicious! Any number of vegetables can be added and/or substituted, though it may change the nutritional value a little. Use locally grown, fresh vegetables for the essence of summer!

Chocolate Chip Power Muffins

Gluten Free and Deeeeelicious! Muffins were the original power bars. These have beans, veggies, nuts, and fruit for a well-rounded, nutritional snack.
