This uses the Good Seasons Italian dressing as a base and jazzes it up a bit. Plus, I use Flax Seed Oil because it doesn't coagulate in the fridge like olive oil does.

Spinach curry with tofu and chick peas

Vegetarian food that's just like Indian take out!
