ATKINS INDUCTION FRIENDLY. Carb count is NET so don't subtract fiber (it's already done). Slightly different as mine uses regular (not low sodium) chicken broth, cream cheese (not light) and butter (not light butter) and fresh garlic instead of power - it does give you quite a garlic taste, so you might want to fry it a bit first if that bothers you. Personally, I don't mind the taste and like the health benefits.

Spinach egg loaf

Atkins Induction friendly, my version of Low carb! Spinach as posted by SLOWSET, using fresh rather than frozen spinach. The spinach is already net carbs - so do not subtract the fibre from the carb total if doing atkins - whole recipe is about 4.5 net carbs.
