The water in this recipe helps to distribute the dressing further over your salad and diminishes some of the calories per Tablespoon
You won't even know these are made with whole wheat flour! Mine came out a little thicker, but still soft and chewy, and you won't even miss the sweeter semi-chocolate chips you taste in regular cookies! The dark chocolate is the perfect taste with the other sugars here!

This recipe is loaded with natural ingredients and offers great fiber and nutrients. It uses the "pulp" left from a juicer of 4-6 apples or I used the pulp from fruit and veggies I had just juiced - 2 apples 6 strawberries, 2 kiwis, 1 celery stalk, 3 broccoli spears, and 10 baby carrots.
It might be possible to down size the honey and oil and substitute apple juice and apple sauce. I have not tried this, but I will the next time I make them. I freeze them and pop one in the microwave for a quick breakfast. They are very tasty.
