This is my version of Spanish Rice. I took tips from a few recipes and came up with this. It comes to 3 points per one cup serving. You should get about 9.5 servings
This recipe is from Now Eat This by Rocco Dispirito. I tweaked it a little and made it for 6 people instead of 4 like he did. 4 Points a serving
This recipe is by Giada DeLaurentis. Everyday Pasta. It's not the healthiest recipe, but for dinner with some chicken on the side, i don't think it's to bad for a little indulging. Just make sure you have a light lunch and all should be good. Feel free to use whole wheat pasta! You can also use low fat goat cheese if you can find it!

Recipe by Giada DeLaurentis. This dressing is great on Spinach. Throw some sliced roasted almonds and sliced oranges in it also. Follow the printable version for ingredients. Easier to read and the amounts are more accurate.
