I've taken this recipe and substituted egg whites for whole eggs, molasses and honey for brown sugar, craisins for raisins, and organic whole wheat flour for pastry flour. Delicious, wholesome and healthy.
This is from the "Cooking Light" book, but I have made several variations and added a couple of ingredients that I think make it more flavorful.
