Spice up your daily smoothie. This is 400 calories but it is a complete meal replacement that is filling.

Stuffed Bell Peppers

This is a recipe my mom always made I read a bunch of recipes added my own seasoning and some additional ingreadents. This is also enough for a single course meal espically if you are trying to loose weight but its also good paired with a salad. Hope you like it.

This is a treat if made as below but you can use fat free milk and I cant believe its not butter to make it a little more diet friendly
