Homemade Granola

This is so easy to make! You can use safflower oil, or any kind really. I also didn't have any dried fruit, and only used one cup of nuts.


Wonderful Lebanese dish, fried in coconut oil instead of olive oil! This is a good appetizer, side dish, or even main dish. Even put it in sandwiches with fresh sliced tomatoes and/or cucumber and fresh hummus. Plain yogurt goes very well with this too!


Great as a spread, or dip
