Throw Together Chicken Chili

This really was just thrown together because I had a little bit of everything mentioned and not enough of each thing to do something else with to feed a hungry bunch of people!

Dairy-Free Oatmeal Pancakes

I saw a recipe for these with dairy here on Sparks. But since I and 2 of my children are intolerant to dairy I made some changes. We put fresh peach-butter on them and they were wonderful.

Granola Bars

You can also do these as cookies.
They are great to take for a quick breakfast if you are running out the door or to keep in your car so you do not need to run into a fast food place for any meltdowns that occur due to lack of nutrition!
You may also switch the sugars around for your favorite kind. I personally use sucanet but they did not have it on the list.
