So very moist and NO ADDED eggs or oil (aside from the ones in the mayo)! Moistest cake ever. The family loves it. For real decadence frost with Sander's Frosting. YUM!
This has no eggs or mayo so is great for picnics and cookouts since it doesn't have to be refrigerated. We make it the day before to really meld the flavor. Great-Grandfather Bornkessel, a waiter, brought this recipe with him when he left Germany, worked in Switzerland then came to USA. Super high in potassium if you are restricted be careful.
My grandmother made this for every holiday. We still make it at our house and the kids, grandkids love it. It can be a dessert or a fresh summer salad. Great for luncheons with tea and summer biscuits.
This dip tastes decadent but is very healthy. Great Valentine to share with someone you love!
This is a rich, marshmallowy frosting that is excellent on Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake or any other cake. NO powdered sugar!
This is a healthier way to enjoy a hot, tasty dip. Serve with fresh veggies or low-fat crackers, etc.
This veggie pizza is amazing with flavor. A must for our weekly pizza cravings. Two pieces make a meal for most.

This is a comfort food in my family so I have made substitutions where I could to make it healthier. It is delicious this way too.
This makes up either in the oven or in a crock-pot (longer time here). A great one dish meal. You could season it up more if you wish, some suggestions are dry onion soup mix, tarragon, thyme, Mrs. Dash or any herb you prefer. Also, using fresh green beans is much better when you can get them.
I used to make this in a much larger quantitiy for my family when my kids were little. Now make this amount and have it for dinner one day and freeze remainder for another day or add fresh mushrooms and chives to dress up for company.
This veggie salad is great in the summer, use up all those zucchini from the garden or substitue edamame for the zucchini, great flavor.
My mother always made this recipe and I still do. It is one of our families favorite main dish meals. Great with fresh corn tortillas warmed.
Done with lean ground sirloin and wild rice, this dish is better than ever.
