A white chili for those who aren't into tomato based chilis
This is my grandparent's tried and true salsa recipe that keeps everyone asking for it constantly. The recipe makes approximately 16 pints, so be sure to adjust it if you only want one!
Chowder is one of my favorite foods. I altered my usual version to creat a lower calorie, lower fat version that is still very yummy! It also freezes and reheats well so you can enjoy this corn chowder for weeks after making it.
I love spicy food, and this is a healthy way for me to get my protein and fiber along with satisfying my need for spicy food
