A surprisingly rich chocolate mousse!
Trying to find sneaky ways to get my 2 year old to eat more protein, I added protein powder to pancakes. They tasted better than any other banana pancakes I've made so far!

This is Paula Deen's banana pudding recipe, but with fat free substitutes. 1 serving has 5.9 g of fat, as opposed to over 20g. ;) It's still a very rich dessert!
