I never thought I would enjoy fish tacos, but these are totally AWESOME!
Every once in a while I get a craving for pizza and this satisfies my fix. My husband makes these so they taste great! You know how things just take better when someone else makes them. Kids enjoy adding some veggies and decorating them. I left out veggies so you can add what you like and calculate calories.
This is made very plain, but tastes totally awesome. My kids, clients and I love this healthy fix on jambalaya. Enjoy.
