I love smoothies but my body hates dairy. Using soft tofu and almond milk you get the same creamy mouth feel without the dairy! The OJ and peaches are all you taste.
Basicly, this is tuna casserole that isn't baked. I subbed Whole Wheat pasta and added some olive oil.
I love tacos! We were low on cash and I needed away to streach the meal, so I added some black beans and corn. Soo filling and yummy! Using ground turkey makes it lean.
I made this bread for a treat at work. It was wonderful. I think it would be great made with Whole Wheat flour and dried cranberries too.
