One of my favorite recipies for a fast lunch or dinner.
Heat the beans either on the stove or in the microwave until just warm (I keep most of the liquid from the can in with the beans). Add the lemon juice, salt, olive oil and drained tuna and mix all together. Can be eaten room temperature or refrigerated.
Easy salad cold or warmed. Good protein!
