I make this almost every week for lunch. Yummy and healthy.
Occassionaly I had walnuts to it.
This is a yummy dish that my whole family enjoys, even my 2 children aged 2 and 5. There is usually enough of this left over for myself and Hubby to take leftovers for lunch the next day.
Please note that when I cook, I do not use any sort of measuring utensils. The amounts I have listed are pretty close, but it's never exactly the same at my house.
