A very easy and tasty salad dressing...a little bit goes a long way if you toss it in a large bowl. Optional anchovy filets are not included in nutrition info.
I made this with the wild turkey (and stock from it) that my husband killed this spring...yum! You could certainly substitute chicken and homemade chicken stock in here as well.
This salsa is so much better than anything you can buy in the store, and probably healthier too!
