a lite and refreshing desert low cal and very tasty.

pumkin and corn soup

A creamy pumkin soup with a twist of creamed corn and worcestershire sauce, low in cal's and very filling.

Self-Crusting vegetable & Bacon Quiche

Cook the onion, Bacon and Garlick in the oil. Cook the potatoes and chop into 1cm cubes and add to the bacon mix, cook another couple of minutes. Take off of the heat and let cool.
Mix the eggs, milk and salt together and add to the bacon mixture. Cook the vegies slightly. Add Flour and baking powder and cheese along with the vegies to the bacon mixture and mix untill just mixed. pour into a dish sprayed with oil and bake at 200 degrees for around 20 min.

This is also great if you want to omit the bacon.
