This is a very simple and fast basic beer bread recipe. It pairs well with soup or stew and is fantastic hot out of the oven.
Modified this recipe from a fellow Sparker's to include ingredients I had on hand. It was sort of delicious!
I got some DanActives free with a coupon. I don't like those, so I made them into a smoothie. This is a thick, tasty shake with little fat and lots of protein. You may want to add extra milk; it's pretty thick. Good after a workout.
An easier, healthier version of the popular Greek egg and lemon soup. You can adjust the proportions to your liking; I have never managed to ruin this recipe!
Despite the tofu, soy, and whey protein, this shake does not taste too funky -- it's actually kind of good. Also has a good balance of carbs, fat, and protein, and even some vitamin C. Good in the morning or after a workout.
Tasty and healthy! Pair this with some brown rice or just eat it by itself.
