Mom's Basic Meatloaf

This is not my recipe. Found on and loved it. I have sometimes made mini meatloaves using this recipe. Just form into balls and place in muffin pans. Adjust cooking time as needed (depending on the size "muffins" you make)

Simply Lasagna

This is a Kraft recipe I got off I made this the other day and it was a HIT!!!! The only thing I changed was I used 1.5 jars of sauce...Was kinda skeptical on not cooking the noodles first but it came out wonderful....Allrecipes gives this 287 cals with 13 g of fat and 24 carbs....sparkpeople gives it a little bit higher than that....Just use best judgement!!!

This is a Better Homes & Garden recipe. Their recipe states that it is 244 caloris per 3 oz chicken and 2 tbsp of sauce; however, when entered into Sparkpeople it calculates it a little higher. Just use best judgement....

Baked Beef Ziti

This is a Weight Watchers recipe that I loved so much I had to put it on here.....It makes 8 servings....Make in a 4 quart casserole dish and then slice into 8 equal slices....

Crab Cobb Salad

This is a South Beach recipe. It calls for 1/4 cup of low sugar dressing or olive oil vinaigrette, which is good, however, I substitue 1 tbsp of olive oil and 2 tbsp of lemon juice to each serving.
