Lower fat, lower calorie and lower sodium than commercially available Hummus spreads.
Adding other herbs and spices to taste make interesting dips. I've used Italian blends and Mexican blends, but those are not included in the calorie totals.
This dip can be frozen in smaller portions and used as needed. I package mine about two cups in each container.
