She's been making meatloaf with veggies in it my whole life. I never knew some people didn't put veggies in it until I was an adult. And this is still the best meatloaf I've ever had!
We top it with either a bbq sauce mixture or ketchup mixture, thats not included in the calories.

I put peas & mushrooms in this but they can be subbed for your other fav veg, also onions are great in this dish.
