Mix ingredients above. Add enough water to make them stick together and roll out as thinly as possible. I use a pasta machine and get the crackers to the fourth hole before I place them on a cookie sheet, score them, and bake them for about six minutes--or until brown-- at 400 degrees
Crush hazelnuts and whole coriander in a mortar, Then pulse all ingredients in a food processor, adding just enough water to make a firm dough (about 3 T). Roll out thinly, place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and score to make it easier to break into crackers. Bake at 400 (F) for 10 minutes, or until brown. Cool completely, then store in an airtight container.
