This is a great recipe I got from a friend. A real crowd pleaser & so easy to adjust ingredients to make a bunch! Also, use turkey meatballs to lower the calories & fat.
I love making homemade fries!! And this recipe is easily adapted for any number of people - Depending on the size of the potato, I usually make 1 potato per person & adjust the Olive Oil as necessary. They are espeically good if you have a flat stone to bake them on - they cook evenly without having to turn them.
I don't really know how this does on a metal pan because I don't use them. If you try & find it needs adjusting, let me know.
This is how my Granny used to make brown rice. It's definitely a family favorite!
