I love the new WAWA flatbread chicken salsa sandwhich. My waistline does not so I made my version with whole wheat tortilla instead. I also used 2 percent mexican blend shreded cheese instead of pepper jack cheese that wawa uses. you can top with low fat sour cream if desired.
WAWA original has 560 calories 171 from fat

I don't agree with the nutritional analysis since I always rinse and drain all cans and the sodium cannot possibly be that high!!
