Sarah Brown recipe - filling an be frozen in individual portions. Defrost, place in an individual pie dish, cover with frozen mash, sprinkle cheese and bake at 180C until golden on top.
Also nice with jacket potatoes and a light sprinkling of cheese.

I usually eat it with a small green side salad.

I use a mixture of turnip swede and potato for the topping.
Wheat & dairy free. These are my favourite cookies - one with mid-morning coffee will keep you going till lunch and curb those sweet cravings... my great niece loves them
