So delicious - my family loves it and it's gluten free. I have made this recipe substituting shredded zucchini or 1 can pumpkin (plain) for a different variety. Just add 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp cloves. Sugar is reduced also!

THM Swiss Bread (FP) 1 serving

Yummy substitue for bread. Makes 2 muffin size or 1 larger serving but equivalent to 1 serving. Great with butter or to make a grilled cheese sandwich.

Makeover Killer Cheesecake (Serves 8)

Made over without a regular graham cracker crust but only used crushed graham crackers. Low fat cheese and reduced sugar really helps to decrease calories.

THM Chocolate Banana Bread

This recipe is adapted from
BR>Without the banana extract, you cannot taste the banana in it. I didn't have any banana extract. Bananas are high on the glycemic index. I ground my own oats and substituted 3 Tbsp oat fiber into the flour mix for the oat bran flour.

You can use any fruit with this recipe but this is our family's favorite. You may choose to use real sugar or use a sugar substitute. We prefer stevia/erythriol blend.
