Great easy recipe that is the copycat version of Jiffy Pizza Crust Mix without transfats.

BR>Without the banana extract, you cannot taste the banana in it. I didn't have any banana extract. Bananas are high on the glycemic index. I ground my own oats and substituted 3 Tbsp oat fiber into the flour mix for the oat bran flour.
This recipe doesn't have the protein added into the nutritional content. You will need to add your version of protein powder.
You can use any fruit with this recipe but this is our family's favorite. You may choose to use real sugar or use a sugar substitute. We prefer stevia/erythriol blend.

This is a copycat version of McCormick's Hamburger Seasoning Mix.
So easy and so tasty!
The original recipe calls for 2 lbs ground beef and 28 oz of beef broth. By cutting the meat in half and reducing the beef broth, I saved calories and sodium.
May substitute cheese for low fat or mexican cheese with seasonings.
Chef Meg's Taco Seasoning:
3 Tbsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp red pepper flakes
