Very satisfying breakfast on the run, with just a piece of fruit.
Excellent sliced thin and served over a salad. It cooks very quickly. Use the pretenderized skirt steak, and be sure to use ground spices, not the whole seeds.
The meat can be prepared ahead of time and frozen until ready to fix.
