Yummy gluten and grain-free snack. Ketogenic dieters; try putting butter or nut butter on these for a high-fat snack.
Prepare ahead and refrigerate for up to 2 months. Put on a fish fillet or over vegetable for a quick meal. Lots of good fats for ketogenic dieters.
