Healthy Breakfast that tastes AWESOME!
I was experimenting in the kitchen last night and discovered that mashed up cottage cheese mixed with laughing cow cheese creates a super yum-o appetizer.
This dip is super good and super easy to make. Please don't substitute the fat free cream cheese for low fat or full fat (which I don't know why you might anyhow) because the fat free creates the consistency you are looking for in a fruit dip.
This soup is super easy and tastes awesome. I don't recommend this for people on a low salt diet, as the sodium content is high. You can cut some fat and calories if you use skim milk, or even water.
