Tastes great and is low in calories.
It is a really good healthy quiche recipe. Instead of pastry as the crust you use the brown rice. It turns out really good and tastes fantastic! The whole family enjoyed it, if fact hubby had 3 pieces.

This recipe is doubled and the salt is ommited and paprika is used instead of old bay seasoning.
Low carb and very tasty. The whole family loved these little creations. Top them with some dill tarter sauce and you are good to go.
From the Athenos Feta cheese basil & Tomato container. Very good. The whole family enjoyed and it is low carb. I do not add salt when I make this.
Make it on Sunday it for breakfast all week long. Low carb and delicious.
An easy off-the-shelf meal to throw together on a week night. Kids dig it, and the leftovers are good for work the next day. Nutrition info is based on 1.5 cup serving size.
