Pawnee Fried Bread

This may not be 'low-cal' but you can use *any* oil you like to fry with, or a special deep frying oil. I use a cast iron skillet to make this. You want enough oil to come about halfway up the side of the skillet.

Chicken and Fettucini Alfredo

I find it hard to believe that no one else has put this up here.
I found it on the back of a 'jar' of Philedelphia Cooking Cream and improvised for what I didn't have.

Potatoes O'Brien

An old Irish favorite, very filling and good with eggs or breakfast meat. the measurements on the spices are approximate. As they have little caloric impact, feel free to change them up. This recipe makes two Solid servings.

Oatty Nutty Pancakes

I love these because they're *so* filling. You can switch the banana for any other mashable or diced fruit, I just happen to always have banana ready.
