Low carb, High Fiber
A friend told me of a recipe she found in Women's World Magazine, from the O2 Diet book, that was high in fiber & protein & antioxidants!! I decided to change it to make it low carb: I replaced the 2 cans of Kidney beans & 1 can of black beans, with soy beans. Can't wait to try it!
