My version of corn bread. sometimes I add bacon as well. I normally put in Mini Muffin pans.
I don't really care for the chicken & dumplings made from biscuits but love this one. The dumplings are thiner and the cream of mushroom adds a creaminess.
This is relativelly spicy, not burn the roof of your mouth spicy but spicy. If you don't like spicy, leave out the cayenne & the HOT Chili Sauce. For added flavor add 2 tblsp of pickle relish (dill or sweet)
You can use any seafood you like. I just happened to have the ones listed on hand.
