These are recipes for regular people. The food is healthy and well-balanced, but I have not gone to extremes to cut EVERY possible calorie or fat gram. They are not intended for anyone with special diet concerns - just meant to be yummy!

Our current grocery budget is $50 per week, which precludes purchasing most items fat-free, low fat, organic, or any of the other things that we've grown so used to. Obviously, if you can afford to make those substitutions, you should. I needed these recipes to reflect what we are ACTUALLY eating.
