A perfect way to use up leftover pot roast. (and a personal favorite from childhood)

When I have them I use collards from my garden but any greens will do for this delicious, easy recipe! Use vegetable broth and drop the bacon for a simple vegetarian treat!

It doesn't call for hamburger originally and has about 8.8g of fat and ~250cals without the beef.
Found on the Betty Crocker Website, it's good and easy, kind of bland though so I adj the original seasoning to include some tony's which does pick it up.
