This is a delicious low-carb high protein snack or meal. I got this recipe from and I modified it for my taste. Kath originally used smoked salmon but I only had tuna. You could also try it vegetarian and use chopped spinach or swap out some of the cheese for feta. The possibilities are endless...

Iced Coffee

I used to be a Starbucks fanatic but I found a way to make good iced coffee at home and save money and calories! You can add flavored syrups if you choose, just remember to add the calories in.

Basic Crustless Spinach Quiche

This basic recipe is so good and can really be played around with. Broccoli, turkey bacon, shredded ham, asparagus or even salmon would be good add-ins! I usually use spinach and bacon and I get rave reviews whenever I make it for a crowd!

This recipe is adapted from an idea I found in Prevention Magazine. My favorite way to eat it is on Wasa Light Rye crackers - great for a snack or a meal.

Quick and Easy Pasta Puttanesca

This is a delicious, fresh tasting pasta sauce - different from the norm. I got this recipe from Sam the Cooking Guy and adapted it for more kick and less fat. Calories listed include sauce only - not the actual noodles. Also - it's not technically vegetarian, but it was the closest option I was able to choose in the main category. Enjoy!
