Adding walnuts and/or pecans makes these muffins extra yummy and will probably yield a few more muffins, but will also change the nutritional information.
You can make any other cake mix into a cookie using this same recipe, just substitute the cake mix, but leave everything else the same.
For a little extra taste and/or nutrients, add shredded coconut, walnuts, chocolate chips, etc. (just remember to adjust the nutritional information for the additions)
This is a basic white icing that can be spread on cookies/cakes or piped out as decorations.
This is the basic "dough" for making chocolate chip style cookies and cookie cakes.
You can add in other ingredients such as chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruit, coconut, butterscotch chips, toffee bits, or candies (just to name a few).
This is a slighly healthier version of the classic oatmeal cookie. I do not care for raisins as in traditional oatmeal cookies. This recipe will work the same adding 1 cup of raisins.
