Hi energy food, nutritionally dense easily digestable with no gluten, dairy, added salt... Great pre-race, and during race food. Still being improved on though!

Raw, pre-soaked.

For those who like to make/ take their own nutrition along their runs...in a gel/custard form (at this stage)

Easily adaptable for tastes and nutritional needs.

Curried Bean and Lentil Stew (Homemade Baked Beans)

Very easy and nutritious meal. Lovely over a bowl of steamed veg. I make a batch (varying the spices) each week, so I always have a filling meal quick to hand. Make a bigger batch and freeze some.
