I borrowed this from another Spark People recipe. This is listed as 8 servings. In actuality you use half of it to marinade the chicken, then throw that part away. You use the other half to evenly baste 4 servings of chicken breast while cooking it.

Quick, easy meal. When I'm really in a hurry I use the Foster Farms pre-cooked chicken that's found in the bacon aisle. I don't think it tastes as good, but using it this meal only takes 10 minutes to cook! Nutritional info is based on the regular soup, you could use the low sodium or fat free soup also.
Easy, low cal dessert
This is actually a pie filling for the Cherry Chocolate Mousse Pie. But sometimes I don't feel like making the whole pie, so I will whip this together and it quells the chocolate craving.
I added corn and black beans to this popular spark recipe. I also only use a tiny bit of taco seasoning instead of the whole package.
A small twist gives extra life to the standard pot roast. This is a one dish crock pot complete meal.
