pk's Ham & Beans

Just calculating nutritional info

pks vegie soup ~ slow cooker

All vegies, no meat. I did use chicken broth because I couldn't find vegetable stock here or I would have made it with that. This is really filling!

pk's Strawberry Mango Smoothie

Again, another smoothie recipe just so I can track the nutritional info without having to add each ingredient separately on the nutrition tracker. Smoothies are my way of getting my fruits and my calcium in!!

pk's Berry Mango Smoothie

Thick, rich tasting with a wonderful purlple color! Everyone makes smoothies no this is nothing new. I just needed a place to save the nutritional info so I didn't have to add each ingredient seperately on my food tracker. This is a great source of calcium, potassium and Vitamin C; and also a way to get my fruits in, with all their fiber, instead of juicing.

Breakfast Burritos

For Breakfast On The Go

pk's confetti rice with chicken

One serving recipe: Great for getting in your vegies: NOT for those on low sodium diets

pk's Tuna Wrap

Kind of like a wrap; kind of like a quesadilla :)

pk's Ramped Up Pumpkin Muffins

The base for this recipe is SP's featured Pumpkin Muffins recipe. I made a few changes and discovered that whoever wrote the recipe must have used a large sized muffin pan as I yielded 16, not 9 muffins!

Spinach and Turkey Lasagne

Comfort Food with a boost of vegies

Southwest Slow Cooker Turkey

A great way to use those turkey left overs you put in the freezer after the holidays!

I'm always 'creating recipes' - one of the reasons my ex and I didn't stay together...he never knew what I'd concoct LOL If I don't have the ingredients for a dish, I'll work around it, but I will eat!!
My Not Shared Recipes
Most of these are recipes that are similar to those already on SparkRecipes, or recipes I've made but have changed some things and want the nutritional information so I don't have to re-figure it again.
