just a few ingredients, quick and easy fix for lunch or dinner. 1 serving is enough for a snack but 2 servings substitute a complete meal(lunch, dinner)

banana and yogurt ice cream

also great to have as a smoothie- just add more milk. simple and quick to make and it satisfies the sweet tooth. If you want to make it lower in calories substitute the whole yogurt with a low fat one and some low cal sweetener instead of the sugar.
