Savory eggs with a hint of sweetness from the balsamic. Delish!
This is so good you could serve it to company. I think the taste rivals dishes served in nice restaurants, and it is soooo easy! Savory, high protein, low carb deliciousness!
Serve together with Southwestern Turkey Sliders for a delicious low-carb/paleo meal.
A paleo-friendly, low carb, delish meal. Pair it with Avocado Cabbage Slaw.
I couldn't believe how good these Brussels sprouts tasted. (I would choose this over dessert!) Looks and tastes like a side dish that could be served at an upscale restaurant. Sure to be a holiday favorite!
This tastes so good, you'll never guess that it's good for you. Serve with fresh fruit and toast on the side for a delicious brunch. You can use different veggies and meats and even top with different cheeses for variety. (Note: To make the calories and fat even lower, use egg substitute instead of whole eggs.)
Fluffy, golden pancakes studded with juicy strawberries are the perfect addition to a spring breakfast or brunch. We like them with a side of crispy bacon.
I eat breakfast on the run almost every day, and McDonald's Egg McMuffin value meal was a common breakfast choice. Then I discovered I could make my own sandwich at home in the time it would take me to go through the drive-thru, and I could make it much healthier (and I think tastier, too!). I have even made this sandwich at work to eat at my desk by just cooking the egg and warming the ham in the microwave. I pair it with a serving of fruit, and my day is off to a great start!
This is a German recipe passed down from my grandmother. She used to make it with all whole eggs, whipping cream and lard, but I have lightened the recipe to make it healthy and it is still delicious. Makes a great side dish for a ham dinner. It's so yummy, I eat as a meal by itself!
This is a really colorful and flavoful salad. For variation, mix and match with other varieties of salad dressings.
