I like a little pizzazz to my food. How about you? Being from the Southwest US, I also like the bold flavors of peppers and cilantro. Easy to make and easy on the palate (depending on how much "pizzazz" you add, that is.)

This is a recipe off a can of Bush's Dark Red Kidney Beans slightly modified. Instead of beef chuck, I changed it to top sirloin to lower the calories. I also chose a lower sodium Bush's beans.
