Sweet'n Salsa Chicken

This crock pot meal was shared so that my family members could use it in their nutrition trackers. Feel free to try it if you would like - I have included the brands used in the nutrition info. If you don't have a crockpot, this could probably be cooked in a covered casserole dish on 350 for about an hour instead. Goes well over half to full serving of rice.

Slow Cooker Peach Cobbler

I love peach cobbler, but it can be higher in fat. This version is lower in fat and is easy to make since you cook it in a crockpot! I imagine you could bake this in a casserole dish in the oven, but I couldn't guess how long your baking time would need to be.

My mom used to make this delicious version of French toast for breakfast when I was growing up as a great alternative for getting rid of overripe bananas. It makes regular French toast seem bland in comparison!

Chocolate Tiramisu (no coffee)

I absolutely love the taste of tiramisu cream, but I'm not a big fan of coffee. So, I experimented with a few different things until I found a flavor that I did like in it. Now I've changed the recipe to reduce the calorie content.

Butavan Brownies

A lower calorie brownie with a chocolate-butterscotch taste This recipe recommends the use of a special flavoring called butavan, which has a butterscotch-like flavor. It can be ordered online, but is difficult to find in stores. If you prefer, you can omit the butavan and just use pure vanilla extract and/or butter flavoring then substitute the chocolate chips for butterscotch chips for about 5 more calories per serving to get a similar flavor. Or, skip the butterscotch flavor and just use vanilla and butter flavoring. :)

Turkey Burger Meatloaf

This meatloaf has an odd topping of a brown sugar/ketchup mixture. It's pretty simple, but my family loves it!
