Yummy and low calories!
This is a new spin on a tradition Chinese/Japanese recipe. Instead of ground pork, use beef tenderloin. This recipe isn't spicy, because I made it for my kids. But, it would be easy to add spices without adding calories.
***Please note: The 1 cup of water is optional. Add as much as you feel is neccessary depending on cooking temperature and time.
